Setting power profile to quiet in My Dell software doesn't help, flashing latest BIOS doesn't help, Fan Control, SpeedFan and HWiNFO can't see the fan. Dell support sucks (if wasn't clear enough after watching LTT Secret Shopper), they ain't helping at all and this Insplaptop which was given me by my company is killing me cuz the fan is way too loud, like 3000 RPM all the time even with 5% CPU usage, it's unbearable.
